No nation works with other nation without something in return. A transactional relation is a basic need for the living of society but personal relationship are important in case of any emergency or security need.

A practical leader only sees profit and is focused in self. A balanced leader with both qualities of practical amd emotional approach runs nation more smoothly and well.

Neglecting emotional approach seems easy at first but in long run it turns out to be dangerous for leader as it brings bitterness in personal dynamics of country with other countries.

Handling situation diplomatically is the best way to run nation without harming others interest and our own.

Diplomacy is burnt down if approach of leaders is aggressive and in this case wars happen.

War is not a solution for humanity until its against demons and destroyer of humanity.

Drowned in luxury!

How a nation can grow when leaders are drowned in luxurious lifestyles, while public is starving and unemployed.

Comfort never made leaders. A ordinary person who once had nothing and no support.. Gathers strength in huge opposition and walks in clear vision of future.. Now that person is no more a undiscovered person but a roaring leader.

The opposition when become your followers is a true power of leadership quality.

Luxury attracts greedy one but nothing attracts powerful leader because power is not in money but in public.

Public is a real powerhouse who can build strong nation.

Warriors of leader.

Every leader needs warriors to fight for them.

Nobody will shed blood for weak leader with no influential power.

Some lure, some say truth.

Warriors needs direction of leader in darkness.

Leader is someone who leads in difficulties and shadows not in light and glow.

Not everyone can become leader.. You know why?.. Because of RISK.. Risk of life and everything.. But when a person has nothing to loose.. That person can lead flawlessly and fearlessly.

If you see, many leaders in the world belong to ordinary family who suffered so much. One rises from the ordinariness and leads the world.

Unattended Tears of Public!

Whenever you will re open history, you will find that the greatest leader in the world were the one who wiped the public tears and pain, uplifted them from torture, rebuild their burnt home, served food to millions, performed good deeds.

To all global leaders...Can't you see your public is in deep pain and is bleeding due to your reckless policies and decisions.

In Earlier times..Cruel leaders demanded that either give taxes or your head. Many innocent public were beheaded because they were very poor..now the demand changes but the torture is same.Now it is like Capture land, bombard innocents and sit on comfortable chair in luxurious room ordering deaths. 

Whole world was & still suffering & dying due to wierd diseases and all selfish leader are thinking is of capturing lands instead of serving public.

What kind of weakness surrounded that no one raised voice against these devils on earth. But enough is enough, when humans become evil then god has to intervene to save lives.

And then a true leader emerges from nowhere... That leader is Not confused at all about serving people amd mother earth because his or her morals are very clear and that leader stands for TRUTH & PEACE.. no fear can touch that leader.. Brave as storm, strong as Sun, calm as moon.. Unaffected by defamatory comments and humiliation.. That leader treats poor respectfully and uplifts them.. works day and night for people tirelessly.

That's a leader world needs.

Looting Public!

Abusing public money is the downfall for country and citizens of the country. All starts from opting dishonest person as a leader which turns as a curse for country people.

How a nation can develop when the project money is being used for personal gains. A single penny counts and builds a strong nation.

Definitely many global leaders are richest person on earth but they are not as powerful as leader who sacrifice their whole life for people service.

Money making is not the mission on earth but global leaders should understand that good health and happy people are the real goal of every nation.

Now people have everything except good health and happiness.Celebrities and society are on peak point of complaints of depression inspite of having food, water, shelter, popularity and money.

Every house is suffering from psycological disorder generating more psychopaths and narcissists for society.

If homely disorders are not corrected then society will suffer hugely of violence, suicide, deadly diseases. In turn contributes towards civil war for nation as people would be frustrated at home and from dishonest leaders as being abused badly socially & politically that they have nothing to loose but to fight against norms & dictatorship.

Credibility Loss is a loss of everything!

Whatever work leaders do is of no meaning if credibility is lost.

Credibility lies on real efforts done to improve situation out of strong values.

Leaders who have strong value and morals are very clear about their aim and work done by them.

Public is attracted through untouched social issues of country. Reitaliation of lost culture and basic needs.

Global leader are aggressive and non tolerant over security issues and terrorism.

A great leader is always worried about its border security because there will be no leadership scope if borders are invaded by outsiders.

A simple approch to make innocent public understand their ideas and work is actually a tough thing because people are easily influenced by lies and untrue facts.

Make up and break up of allies is a common thing leaders go through but it should not distract them from their clear vision.

If world leaders work for common good of their own people without harming others then there will be no need to shift humans on Mars.

Power Bullying

Some Leaders who are powerful are bullying less fortunate countries instead of helping them.

In order to gain land which are turning barrel due to war.

If people are not happy, there's no need to have a politicians.

Politicians are servant of public not dictator.

Endangering basic needs

Today world is struggling for basic human needs. Whether food,water or safety. Millions of people are migrating due to war situations in their country. Slowly every country is on the way to become war prone areas.

Human intelligence is of no use because they are harming themselves only.

Global leaders are ready to make earth a haunted place to live. Peace has become a piece of feather lying on ground with blood.. changed its color from white to red.

Enjoying millions of people bleeding and in pain due to enemity. Enemity should not affect the lives of common people but it does. Our actions are impacting others globally, leaders are leading us to unclear future.
